1 kg monk fish
2 Green peppers
½ kg mushrooms
¼ cup lemon juice
1½ tsp cumin
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Cut the monk fish, onions and green peppers into 2-inch squares
2. Combine with mushroom and put on skewers
3. Sprinkle with cumin and lemon juice; brush with oil. Grill for 5 minutes turning once, serve it with green peppers and tomatoe sauce.
