How to Make Meat and Potatoes Casserole

Meat and Potato Casserole


1 kg          lamb or beef cut into large pieces
1/2  kg    potato cut into thin slices
3                medium onions cut into thin slices
2                tablespoons parsley for garnish
2                tablespoons oil
4                cups or as needed chicken or meat broth
1                 teaspoons mix spices
Salt and pepper to taste


Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the potato slices and set aside. In a large saucepan put the meat, onions and potatoes in layer, meat first then onions and on the tops the potatoes. Add a little spices between each layer. Then Add the chicken broth, salt and pepper, bake for (1) hour or until done.
Remove the potatoes from the saucepan to a serving tray, Garnish with parsley.
Serve with rice and salad.
