How to Make Stuffed Zucchini
2 Cups Rice
2 lb Ground Meats
1 Teaspoon Seven Spices
2 Teaspoons Cumin
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Dried Mint
2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Small Onion Minced
1 Tablespoon Montreal Chicken seasoning
6 Large tomatoes
3 Tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1- Wash rice a few times and then drain.
2- Put 5 cups of water in a saucepan then add the rice boil on high-heat until the rice grains become soft. 3- Drain and put aside.
4- In a large bowl add rice and all the ingredients mix together very good either with fork or hands after
5- Wash the zucchini well, remove the inside of each one and become empty.
Fill each one of the zucchini with the rice mixture.
1- Put the tomatoes in the blender and process until it become very fine juice then add the tomato paste
2- In a large saucepan add the juice and boil it
3- In another pan
4- Lay down all zucchini in the pan then add the tomato juice cover the top of the zucchini with plate and put a little weight on it and continue cooking. chuck for 2-3 times if its dune
1-You can add lemon juice after 15-20 minutes depend on your taste ((optional)).
2- You can use this stuffing for Eggplant, Green Pepper and Potato.
